ketagihan baru

aerobic!!! yee haa~~

now, i've got new thing to do.not everyday. but some days in a week. lala. just to maintain my body weight and build the 6 packs. wakakah. n also to maintain my healthy. n when i do so, i didnt wasting my time by only sleep sleep and sleep. (mcm jwb soalan UPSR je)

some of my friends segan bila ada boys tau g aerobik.but now, most of them dah tau. wat xtau je la. bkn g merompak bank pn. g bersenam je pun. bersenam kan bagus. klu ada sape2 yg mengutuk sbb g bersenam, diorg tu yg TAK BIJAK sbb xtau nk amalkan cara hidup sehat. so, berusahalah utk trus bersenam. n jgn la plak cuma hangat2 taik ayam je. nk kurus, nk sihat kna sabar beb.

aritu anim marah (actually bkn la mrh). ak kata la ak gemok. then anim kata ak ada PERSONALITY DISORDER. sbb diorg ramai kata ak dh kurus. x mcm dulu2 mse dok kt bale. maybe kot. berat ak pon dh trun lbih dr 5 kg. berat ak prnh smpi 5*kg. wow!! beratnya saya dulu.

mayb sbb dok mulana ni, byk jalan kuar msuk, mendaki bukit yg landai utk smpi kt tepi jalan. n dr gerbang nk ke FK pn kna jln kaki. klu g JATOS plak pusing2 smpi berkali2. baik2 kenyang trus lapar balik. n lg 1 sbb mayb ak stress kot. so, i'm losing weight. GREAT!!

sbnrnya ak x berniat pn nk post story ni. td ak g gatal sgt mnum nescafe, igt nk stay up. tp tbe2 ak hbs study awal. nk study byk2 bkn larat pon. then, kol 10 nk tdo. smpi kol 12 pn x tdo lg. huhu...kesimpulannya??? jgn mnum nescafe. korg akn pening, xleh tdo n korg akn kehilangan berat badan.
